Chihuahua-Land.com uses the United States Postage Service for all of its
shipping. To continue to provide the most fair and reasonable prices, shipping costs are calculated based on the actual
shipping costs for the weight of your order to your location. In
most instances, we ship the next business day (not including weekends or
holidays) upon verification of your payment. Because we use actual shipping
costs, unforeseen additional postage rates may require us to conatct you to request additional
funds.
Returns
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is defective, please
contact Chihuahua-Land.com Customer Service to get Return Authorization
information. Returns will only be
processed if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. All returned
merchandise must be in its original condition and packed securely with the
Request Authorization information issued by Chihuahua-Land.com on the outside of the
packaging. Returns must also be shipped using the method in which they were
sent.
Items must be returned freight prepaid with delivery confirmation. We are not
responsible for items lost in shipping. We recommend
that you insure your item.
Please note return authorization does not guarantee that return will be
accepted. Return will be accepted if it is within the policy herein stated and
the item is confirmed defective or shipped in error. You will only be reimbursed
for postage if the item is defective or sent to you in error by us. All other
returns are your responsibility and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
